How to Book



There are two ways; either searching for it on your own or by letting us do the work for you:

1- Exploring through our webpage using the “Advanced Search” option to browse through our catalogue and find your suitable villa in Ibiza. Introducing your travel dates, number of guests and price range only the available villas that match your criteria will appear.

*Please note that our agenda is mostly up to date but not ‘realtime’ so if some of the villa/s are finally not available we will offer you a selection of similar options for your selected dates.

*Also help yourself building your shortlist with “Add to favorites” feature so you can enquiry of all of them in one go or share it with yourself to save the selection and with friends to discuss about them.

2- Filling in the options enquiry form detailed as possible and according to your specifications in a matter of few hours we will forward with a proposals that may suit your requirements. If none of the options suits you, then we will look some more for similar ones that are not listed on our web.

*Please note that the availability planning in our villas basically change every day. We cannot hold any dates for clients unless a specific 48h option has been requested and agreed upon. The only way to secure a reservation is to pay a deposit and sign our rental agreement.



Once you have chosen is time to formalize the booking:

Once you have chosen a property and read the terms and conditions please contact us with your choice. Having verified the availability with the owner and previously formalized by filling out your personal data (full name, address and passport number) and that of the owner we will send the you by e-mail a copy of the contract of the property required signed and accepted by the owner in which all the details of your reservation are indicated.

From that moment you will have an option of 5(*) working days to confirm the booking sending by email to us the following documentation:

I.-Receipt with date and stamp of the bank, stating the reservation payment of 50% of the total rental price to the owner’s bank account reflected in the contract.
II.-The contract signed by you.
III.-A copy of your passport or identity card.

As soon as the owner confirm us that has received the required reservation payment you will receive an e-mail confirming the booking. Please note that until you receive that confirmation, the booking of your villa is not guaranteed.

Receipt and banking of any deposit by itself does not constitute acceptance of any booking so we recommend you to wait when ordering your flight tickets until the booking has been 100% confirmed.

In case we don’t receive anything or if we don’t hear from you in 48 hours regarding your personal details for fill the contract or in 5 working days in case of the reservation payment, your booking option will automatically be cancelled. In case you need more time please contact us so that we can try to hold your booking. During certain dates, the availabilities of our villas can change within seconds.

The remaining balance amount has to be transferred 30 days prior to arrival date in the same owners account you did the reservation payment.

A security deposit normally paid in cash will be required prior the check in to cover any damage to the property. The deposit will be fully returned on the day of your departure once it has been checked that the property has not suffered any damage. Credit cards are not accepted in any of the payments

*At your arrival a staff member will meet you at the airport or a meeting point to escort you to the villa. We can also send you a croquis how to get to the villa and meet you there. If you arrive out of office hours we will inform you about a meeting point in case we can’t meet you at the airport.

*Please note that we are not a booking portal online so if you need some help regarding booking process you can always contact us directly either by email or by phone call and we will assist you personally. As local agency we offer personal attention and we will be at your disposal 24 hours a day, 7 days a week during your stay.

(*) Except for last minute bookings (these are bookings made 30 days prior to arrival date) for which the payment confirmation time is around 2 working days.
